Bitia completes the acquisition of 30% of TomorrowData

The operation is highly strategic for Bitia, which strengthens the partnership with the producer of Iottly, the IoT platform at the heart of Factory 4.0.

Investing to grow, following Industry 4.0 trends. With this objective, Bitia has signed an agreement for the acquisition of 30% of equity in TomorrowData, the Turin-based startup that produces Iottly, an IoT platform that Bitia has successfully used in projects for production line monitoring.

The opportunity is to strengthen the long-standing collaboration in creating solutions for industry by combining even more than before Bitia’s competencies in system integration with TomorrowData’s vertical know-how in the IoT world and industrial machine learning, to provide our customers with “tailor-made” solutions implemented on the most modern technology stacks.
