We are thrilled to announce that Bitia has obtained a new certification from DNV, one of the leading certification bodies worldwide, for our Information Technology training design and delivery system.
This recognition adds to our already consolidated ISO/IEC 27001:2013 certifications for information security and ISO 9001:2015 for quality management, which attest to Bitia’s ability to offer the market certified high-value solutions by combining Quality, Security and training throughout the various project phases:
- Process Consulting in the Analysis phase
- Security “by design” in the design and implementation phases
- Training for users and go-live support
