The World Class Manufacturing (WCM) methodology aims to achieve continuous improvement of the production cycle by reducing losses and waste, while enhancing the skills of personnel involved in production activities.

Bitia has developed a vertical solution for a leading industrial group that integrates Cost Deployment and People Development processes and interfaces with the ERP system. We support the client with application maintenance and solution rollouts, which are used by over 30,000 employees across 50 plants and departments worldwide in the EMEA, NAFTA, LATAM, and APAC regions.
In the area of production efficiency, we have also developed a system that calculates team efficiency by comparing presence/absence hours against productive hours.
